Project Manager, Managing Member
The Project Manager is the primary leader acting as liaison between the project team and the consultants. He oversees the development of the project and monitors the project teams progress to ensure that project schedules are met.
Derrick works with the client to establish communication procedures, confirms the scope of work, monitors the project development process, tracks the schedule and identifies questions requiring specific decisions by the client. He is committed to the effective and efficient communications that support a successful project.
